Hasker is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Food Technology Department, M E S Mamapad College. He holds a master degree in Food Technology from Calicut University, Kerala, India. Prior to joining M E S Mampad, he was working as a Food Safety Officer at Dubai, U A E. He is perusing the PhD from the Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu ,India. . He has around 15 years of experience in teaching. His areas of teaching interest include Food processing, Food preservation, Food Engineering and product development etc. He has published a number of research papers in national and international Journals. Besides, he has presented several papers in international and national level conferences and acted as a reviewer for reputed journals. He was awarded as the best NSS Programme Officer of Calicut University. Besides. he was the District NSS Co-ordinator for a period of Three years
